Blick Rothenberg LLP has proudly sponsored the GREAT Tech Awards for the second year in succession. Hosted by the British Consulate General New York and UK Trade & Investment, the competition aims to recognise and help innovative US technology companies looking to expand their business to the UK. On 9 October 2014 at the Diamond Horseshoe in New York City, six tech companies out of over 120 applicants were crowned winners. Blick Rothenberg looks forward to providing accountancy services to these winners as part of their prize, and wishes them success in their business ventures. More information on the awards can be found here.

In September, 15 brave Blick Rothenberg and BRAL staff members successfully completed the Thames Path Challenge, either walking (or running) 50km or 100km. An impressive amount of over £4,000 was raised for their charity of the year, Kith and Kids. For more information on Kith and Kids, please visit here.

The Blick Rothenberg events schedule is as active as ever, and a recent breakfast seminar held with the German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce in Blick Rothenberg’s Covent Garden offices provided an insight into issues which German business travellers may face when working in the UK.
