As of October 1, 2018, the auditing and tax advisory firm, Schiff-Martini & Cie. GmbH (SMC), has moved into its newly constructed office building, “Lindbergh Parkside Office,” in Gateway Gardens, located at Frankfurt Airport, to accommodate and facilitate the company’s steady growth. In this new location, SMC will be best equipped to implement its international “inbound business concept,” which provides international companies with a full range of services for establishing and maintaining their German subsidiaries at a convenient one-stop location.
“We have continued to grow and expand ever since the company was founded. We currently have a team of 70 employees who service more than 300 German subsidiaries of foreign companies from more than 20 different countries worldwide. Over 75% of our clients are headquartered in the USA, Great Britain and Japan. Now the time has come for us to move into an office building of our own. We look forward to our new headquarters in the heart of Europe,” explained Roland Schiff-Martini, founder and Managing Partner of SMC.
With 5,200 square meters of space (GFA) spanning a total of seven floors, Lindbergh Parkside Office provides optimal conditions for international companies. The “inbound business concept” means the new office building will serve as a one-stop location for any services clients may need: personnel recruitment, legal consultation, notary services, management consultancy, insurance brokerage, or any number of real estate matters.
The concept is rounded out by “Lindberghs Café,” which opens out to an expanse of the adjacent park, as well as an SMC-run office centre that offers flexible office solutions and services. Here, start-ups and foreign parent companies can rent office space for their German subsidiaries and benefit first-hand from the location advantages of Frankfurt’s most innovative business district, Gateway Gardens.
SMC has amassed considerable expertise in assisting international corporations as they establish German subsidiaries, and its clients have come to value the strategic advantages of a location in immediate proximity to the airport. “With the setup of our new headquarters as a global consultancy centre, we are excited to be able to offer our clients an excellent ‘one-stop location’,” says Susanne Ude-Lomb, Managing Partner of SMC. “A growing number of businesses have settled in the Rhine-Main area in the past few years, which means a vast increase in demand for the kind of comprehensive consultancy and service packages that we offer. Political and economic developments such as Brexit are increasingly causing companies to relocate their European headquarters to continental Europe.”
Kirstin Neeser, one of the firm’s further partners, adds, “We are confident that we will be able to maintain our company’s dynamic growth here at our new location and that our international clients will quickly come to appreciate our new one-stop concept with all of its modern advantages, close collaboration and easy accessibility.”
