Exponens (Paris) has launched a new line of services in “Risk Management”, to respond to the needs of clients in respect of internal audit, internal control, risk management, and the prevention and detection of fraud.
These services will be managed by Anne Defrenne, who recently joined Exponens as Project Director after more than 12 years at KPMG France.
Chairman of Exponens, Frédéric Lafay, declared how “this new competency will increase our value as statutory auditors and will also help us nurture growth by providing advisory services to other clients”.
Anne is a graduate of Néoma (Rouen Graduate School of Management) and obtained a Master in Accounting, Control and Audit at La Sorbonne. After 4 years in external audit at KPMG Paris, she joined the Internal Audit / Risk & Compliance Services division at KPMG Advisory, where she spent a further 8 years. With expertise in risk management, internal audit, internal control and fraud, Anne is a member of the French Institute of Internal Auditors.
