Flynth and
GIBO Groep have finally joined forces. On Tuesday 29th of March 2011, the management of both organisations officially signed the merger documents.
The merger will be effective as of 1 January 2011. Flynth has become part of GIBO Groep.
GIBO Groep will be renamed
Flynth in the future.
Such joining of forces will result in continued automation and, through shared knowledge and expertise, a more effective service. The new organisation has full coverage nationwide, facilitating the focus to provide a personal service to entrepreneurs, with clients maintaining their own contact person.
Businesses will now have
the number one service, being that
GIBO Groep in
2009 and
Flynth in
2010 were elected
number one in a client attitude survey (accountancy and consultancy sector) amongst the readers of an important Dutch business magazine.
The merger has created the biggest national organisation for accountancy and consultancy services. It will service approximately
35,000 clients, with
2,300 employees,
80 offices and will generate
€ 186 million of turnover.
